Your body cannot make the EFAs so you MUST eat them. There are very few good sources of Omega 3 EFAs in the American diet. This is why there is a strong possibility, almost a certainty, that YOU are not currently getting enough of the absolutely critical Omega 3 EFAs. You MUST learn these few sources and WORK to include them in your diet. It is not easy but it is essential that you provide your body with this essential fat.
